I have to echo the concerns raised by other customers - stay away from this company. Regret not checking the reviews beforehand. I paid 6 pounds for shipping under the impression my gift would arrive on time, but then got notified it'd be a week late, missing the deadline. When I objected, they told me I'd have to accept delivery and then pay 9 pounds to return it. The customer service I received was absolutely unacceptable. I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

It's misleading what they're advertising on their website.

I ordered a pair of cycling bibs but never got them. The issue was that the building number got left off the address, so the package went back to their warehouse. I've sent multiple emails asking them to resend it to the right address, but I haven't heard anything back.
