Their part listings are totally wrong and when you get sent the incorrect item, you're stuck on the phone for hours only to hear we'll refund you once we inspect it, which takes another 10 to 15 business days. The whole process from buying to getting your money back is over a month because apparently they can't figure out what their own parts fit. I called the same day I got the wrong piece and UPS picked it up less than 24 hours later, but customer service said they don't even trust UPS anyway. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

This is my third complaint in as many weeks about the Flagstaff location. The pump displays are nearly impossible to read because the backlighting for the prices doesn't even work. That's a pretty sad way to run a business when customers can't even see what they're paying for gas.

Got the wrong part twice now and they won't take either one back. First time it was a serpentine belt for my 2020 Silverado that just wouldn't fit. Grabbed one from a local parts store that went on fine, and the one from here was about 2 inches too short. No return allowed. Then I ordered a 25.5 11/16 steering rod, the packaging said 25.5 but when I measured it, it was only 22.5. Nope, won't accept the return because it's been more than 60 days.

Ordered grill parts for a 69 Chevelle and while prices seemed reasonable, what arrived wasn't the brand I paid for. I ordered Dynacore but got Covex instead. The quality was terrible, aluminum had a dull finish, paint was thin and blotchy, and the headlight bezels had waves, dents, and sharp rough edges. Called to discuss and the staff seemed poorly trained. First manager never called back. After speaking with a second manager named April, I had to call multiple times and got hung up on three different times. On the fourth call I was blocked completely. Had to use someone else's phone to call again and finally was told they'd accept a return with no restocking or shipping charges, and that return labels were being mailed out but I still haven't received them. This is absolutely bait and switch fraud. You order one thing and get something completely different with inferior quality. Leadership seems more interested in profit than ethics. Look at their reviews, it's a pattern. Junk operation.

The customer service team at the Phoenix location is extremely unprofessional. I've asked for a return shipping label twice for their terrible carpet kit and both times they messed it up. These car carpet kits are tough to work with when they're one piece and wrinkles won't flatten, you really should go two piece. After requesting a label the second time, they never sent it to my address like I asked but emailed it instead. When I called back to complain, I got a rude supervisor named Michelle who kept interrupting me and refused to give me her manager's contact info. Found out the owner is Clay Smith and there's apparently a corporate office in Nebraska if anyone wants to lodge a formal complaint. Extremely disrespectful over the phone.
