How do you send someone a catalog advertising two hundred dollars in store credit and then refuse to honor it when they're ready to buy something? If you're going to advertise it, honor the agreement. They sent me the promotional material and then yanked it away before I could use it. That's backwards business practices.

I've been loyal to this company for quite some time and never missed a payment. They say I've got over four hundred bucks in available credit, yet they want me to put down four hundred and four dollars just to buy something that costs three hundred eighty six dollars? I'm done with them.

What showed up at my door was nowhere near what the pictures made it look like. Quality was completely subpar. When I tried to arrange a return through email conversations back and forth, it was like pulling teeth. Eventually my bank processed a full refund for me. Would advise everyone to look elsewhere.

If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would! I grabbed two sheet sets and washed them before bed, like normal. One fitted sheet split right at the seam and the other pair just wouldn't stay put. Every time I rolled over that bottom sheet would slide right off. I'm down eighty five bucks and their solution was to offer me a quarter off, basically pocket change. They wouldn't even process a return because they claimed the sheets had been used. But you have to wash sheets before using them! Their return policy is ridiculous.

Ordering this ten piece towel collection turned out to be a real mistake despite positive online comments. Once I washed them the first time, the dye started bleeding all over my lighter colored towels. My sister said they felt super thin and cheap compared to ones she's gotten from other big box stores. Now I've got blue stains all over my bathroom floor from the color running. This was the wrong choice. I would rather spend extra elsewhere to get decent quality. Never again with this company.

I bought some towels from Stoneberry recently after seeing all the glowing comments online. Here's the thing though, you could grab these same towels elsewhere for like a dollar and a quarter each. They're paper thin, poor quality, and way overpriced for what you're actually getting. I tried to post my honest review on their website and it never went through.
