Update: Eventually got my refund after pushing back several times, so bumping up to 2 stars. Originally very let down with this club. Wish I'd read more reviews beforehand. Something seems different about how they're running things now. Placed an order late August with a promised one week delivery window. Then came three different revised ship dates and attempts to cancel that went nowhere. Still no wine and no money for weeks. Lots of apologies about warehouse problems and promises this never happens, but zero actual fixes. Would recommend looking at other options instead.
