They insisted there was nothing they could do, the sympathetic representative acknowledged it was unfair but claimed their hands were tied, and I'd be required to return to the store yet again to collect the new print and cross my fingers it's acceptable. The product quality was below standard and the customer service was absolutely terrible. I'd suggest checking out other retailers instead.

Bought some merchandise early one morning and realized I was overcharged for a couple of items once I got home. Called the store, returned, and they quickly reversed those extra charges. You've got to respect how much trust and integrity Walmart demonstrates to their shoppers. It's obviously a major reason we keep coming back.
