Ordered what was supposed to be a stainless steel towel rack but got a cheap aluminum one instead. Paid 50.95 for it then found a real stainless steel version for 20. Getting a return label has been impossible. The store that sells it online wouldn't help either. Very unhappy. Won't be shopping online from them again and I definitely won't order anything from Wilson Imports.

Skip this place entirely. They don't tell you what the material percentages are in their clothing. I had to reach out directly just to get that basic information. Why would you expect customers to pay these prices without knowing what they're actually getting?

Very disappointed overall. Started badly and just got worse. I bought two tennis rackets in November during a sale, but one got canceled which wiped out my discount. Since it was meant to be a Christmas present, I had to buy another one and it arrived too late. Then I tried using a promo code that customer service gave me and it didn't work at all. Finally, I went to a store location with a new, unopened racket to exchange it, and the associate refused without even looking at my receipt or checking dates. The whole interaction felt hostile and like they wanted me to leave.

Ordered a Nuggets basketball as a Christmas gift and it was supposed to arrive with a pump. The pump never showed up. I've been trying to get in touch for over a week but they seem unable to just send out this inexpensive pump so the basketball is basically unusable. First they said it shipped, now they claim they're still working on it. This shouldn't be this complicated, but looking at other customer feedback, it seems like this is just how they operate. Won't be shopping with Wilson anymore.

Major problem. I put my suite number on the order, but Wilson didn't add it to the shipping label. My son's Christmas present never got delivered to my office and now the package is missing. Basically lost. Find another company that actually cares about getting your stuff to you.

This is crazy. We ordered an adult size tennis racket labeled as Roland Garros Triumph, but they sent an extended size instead. The product page had three different descriptions mixed together. We sent them screenshots of the problems and asked them to pick up the wrong item and send the correct one. They said no, that we'd have to go to a return location. We live 40 minutes from the nearest one. How do they mess up the order and then refuse to arrange a pickup?

Should have checked reviews before ordering from their Australian site. I thought an official tennis retailer wouldn't have these kinds of problems. But just like everyone else here, my order hasn't shown up after two weeks. I won't be ordering from them again, and honestly I probably won't even buy Wilson rackets anymore. Worst experience. Might report them to consumer protection agencies too.

Their customer service is awful. They won't take back a custom club and can't even locate it to send it out. Whenever I ask for an update, they just say it'll be there in a few days. It's been three weeks. Got tired of the excuses so I had my bank reverse the charge.

Wilson is seriously the worst online retailer right now. They ship late, don't communicate with customers, customer service is nonexistent, and good luck trying to cancel anything. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Wish I'd looked at the reviews first before ordering from here. Got a shirt, pullover, and shorts. The pullover was wrong, and they told me to send it back and buy the right one myself. I mailed the return more than a month ago and still haven't gotten my refund. Keep getting emails saying they're behind on processing. Started as 7 business days, now there's no timeline. You'd think a company making this much money would be reliable, but I was wrong. Just don't bother shopping here. It's a waste of money, time, and your sanity.

Really frustrated with my experience. My package couldn't be delivered for several days because they messed up the shipping label. When I reached out to customer service, they wouldn't take any responsibility and acted like nothing was wrong, even though it clearly was. I got zero help from them. The shipping company marked it as damaged a week ago. I've reached out to Wilson multiple times and they give me nothing, just saying it's under investigation. Asked to cancel so I could order somewhere else, but they won't allow it. I'm out a lot of money on expensive equipment and now Wimbledon's already over. They should have just refunded me when I asked. No help, no solutions. Won't shop with Wilson again.
