Over the years I've spent thousands of dollars buying toner cartridges from this company. The products and overall experience have been solid until my latest order arrived with two cartridges, one worked fine but the other didn't. I figured getting a replacement would be simple, but when I contacted them they wanted multiple pages of output from my printer that I couldn't produce since the cartridge wasn't working. It turned into a frustrating situation where neither option worked. In the end they told me they couldn't help me at all. They refused to swap out a $40 cartridge even though I'd been a loyal customer spending thousands there. My takeaway is that things usually go well with this place, but when something goes wrong, don't count on them to make it right.

My order never showed up, they weren't responding to my emails, and their phone line just kept ringing. I was frustrated and out money. After I left this review I did hear back from them by phone. Turns out they'd had a pricing error that would have cost me more than I originally agreed to pay. I ended up canceling the whole order.

My cartridges have been leaking and the drums aren't functioning right. Find a local shop instead and help support a business near you. The service at this place just isn't what it should be.

About two weeks after that 123ink finally emailed saying they'd decided to refund me, but that wasn't true. The credit card company had already taken the money back. Stay away from this company.

I bought three cartridges for my HP printer and they didn't work. They suggested cleaning the nozzles which I tried but it didn't help. I asked to return all three cartridges as they instructed but only got reimbursed for two of them. The whole experience was pretty annoying.

Delivery is always super fast, normally three to four days, and they mark all packages so Canada Post has to hand deliver them to your actual door rather than leaving them in a community box. The only issue I ever had in eight years was when Canada Post left an ink order in a community mailbox during freezing temps. I contacted the company about it and within five days I had replacement cartridges delivered to my door.

I've bought tons of office supplies, printer toner, and even security cameras from these guys and everything has arrived exactly as described and working perfectly. They always give you tracking info through Canada Post. I really can't find anything to complain about with 123inkcartridges. They do fantastic work and keep it up!

Their service was really bad. The toner cartridges were cheap quality. I ordered some toner to be shipped to one city but they messed up the delivery address and it went across the country instead. What should have been a two day delivery turned into two weeks or more. Their customer service didn't even try to send a replacement order or process a refund. They just don't seem to care. Bottom line is don't order toner from them if you're in a hurry.
