Over the years I've spent thousands of dollars buying toner cartridges from this company. The products and overall experience have been solid until my latest order arrived with two cartridges, one worked fine but the other didn't. I figured getting a replacement would be simple, but when I contacted them they wanted multiple pages of output from my printer that I couldn't produce since the cartridge wasn't working. It turned into a frustrating situation where neither option worked. In the end they told me they couldn't help me at all. They refused to swap out a $40 cartridge even though I'd been a loyal customer spending thousands there. My takeaway is that things usually go well with this place, but when something goes wrong, don't count on them to make it right.

My order never showed up, they weren't responding to my emails, and their phone line just kept ringing. I was frustrated and out money. After I left this review I did hear back from them by phone. Turns out they'd had a pricing error that would have cost me more than I originally agreed to pay. I ended up canceling the whole order.

I purchased a pressure cooker from them late in December 2023 and received it in January 2024. It quit working in March 2024. I submitted a repair request on their website and sent a video of the problem to the email address they provided. A month went by with absolutely no reply. I kept sending follow up emails every week but still nothing. In late April I tried submitting another request through their site. They claimed they never got my original email and video and asked me to send everything to a different email address. I forwarded what I'd already sent to that new email and still got nothing.

They don't back up what they sell anymore. Their stuff used to be reliable years back but now the quality has really gone downhill. My cartridges have been leaking and the drums aren't functioning right. Find a local shop instead and help support a business near you. The service at this place just isn't what it should be.

I buy my ink supplies here regularly and had a minor issue recently that this company fixed right away. Shannon from their team was absolutely fantastic, solving everything immediately. I was really impressed with how they went above and beyond as a company. Shannon was incredibly helpful and genuinely cares about keeping customers satisfied. I'd happily recommend them to anyone. They're professional and really value their customers.

The company itself was great with fast shipping, no complaints there. The toner seemed fine at the start but halfway through using it the magenta cartridge started leaking everywhere and the black one still showed half full but was printing really faded. I'm worried this might have damaged my printer.

I'd give them lower if I could. Just stay away from this company. The cartridge arrived quickly but it was defective and wouldn't work right. I spent all of June going back and forth with them by email while they kept saying someone would contact me soon. I took a vacation in early July and when I got back I reached out again. They said too much time had passed and I couldn't return it anymore. Looking at the email chain starting from early June, the delay only happened because they kept dodging and ignoring my messages. I called asking to speak with a manager and they refused, saying a manager could call me back which isn't realistic. I told them either a manager talks to me or I'm contacting my credit card company. They said that wouldn't help. Well they were wrong. The credit card company fixed it in two days and told me this company does this all the time. About two weeks after that 123ink finally emailed saying they'd decided to refund me, but that wasn't true. The credit card company had already taken the money back. Stay away from this company.

I bought three cartridges for my HP printer and they didn't work. They suggested cleaning the nozzles which I tried but it didn't help. I asked to return all three cartridges as they instructed but only got reimbursed for two of them. The whole experience was pretty annoying.

I ordered a cable from them for my electronics and when it arrived it was dead, no signal passing through it. I got in touch with them and sent it back requesting a refund. The process seemed fine until I got hit with a restocking charge, which took out around $7 from my refund. I wasn't happy about that at all.

This is my third time ordering from them. I needed to update my address to my workplace, so I called their customer service team and everything went smoothly. Their staff was really helpful and I'm satisfied with how they handled it.
