My order took way too long to arrive. To make matters worse, the different color cartridges all came at different times, and I'm still waiting on one. My printer is sitting idle because I can't use it without all the colors.

Great ordering experience and my package arrived faster than expected. The quality of the product appears to be really solid.

My only complaint is that the ribbon pulls out so much from the cartridge that I got ink on my hands while trying to remove it. Other than that messiness, the printing quality works fine.
