One of the worst decisions I've made. I submitted my sample at the exact same time as my partner, but while theirs came back over a month ago, I still have nothing. I tried chatting with support and they refused to issue a refund. Feels like a scam. I called their customer service line per their recommendation and got the same runaround. Still a complete rip-off. I spoke to a representative who basically just read from a script saying they couldn't help. When I asked for a supervisor, they said supervisors don't take phone calls and someone would contact me via email. Haven't heard anything. At this point I just want my money back and want them to delete my DNA sample. Update: Since posting this review, I've heard nothing from the company. I called again and was told a supervisor would email me. Still waiting. The service has been atrocious. If you're reading this, please destroy my DNA information.

Compared to other DNA services out there, this one gives the most accurate results. It's pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for.

It's 2025 and they're still using delivery services without tracking capabilities, yet they charge premium shipping fees without hesitation. Also, you're charged shipping but don't receive a tracking number, so you're basically guessing whether it actually got sent out and then waiting weeks hoping it shows up.

I didn't want premium membership at all, yet somehow it auto-renewed without my consent. I had to cancel the renewal. My subscription renewed in October but it's given me no value whatsoever, and I feel like I deserve a refund for the remainder of the year. Plus, finding ways to contact customer service on the website is unnecessarily difficult. Pretty frustrated with how this was handled.
