Placed an order at the end of November and it's now the end of December with zero communication. I had to contact them myself to ask about getting my money back. Their response was they'd try to reach out to cancel it, even though it was never actually processed. Absolutely terrible customer service and communication.

Placed an order early in December and was shocked by how long the estimated processing time was. I waited it out anyway. A couple days ago I got a message saying 'we haven't forgotten about you' and then the next day got notified my order was cancelled at my request. I never asked to cancel anything. This is the last time I'm dealing with this company. Now the item isn't available anywhere else. Super frustrating and disappointing.

They said it shipped on the 28th but it never came. By mid-December the site showed the order was cancelled. When I requested a refund, they said it would take five business days but nothing happened after 15 days. Every time I reach out about my shipment or money back, I just get more empty promises. Make sure items are actually in stock before purchasing. I bought a radio and waited a week for shipping confirmation, then got a message saying it's backordered for months. Complete waste of time.

Don't listen to the negative reviews. They have a great selection of modern furniture and lighting. I got a couple Pablo lamps and I'm really happy with the communication during my order and how great the lamps look in our space. Their team answered my question the same day I emailed. Will definitely buy from them again.

Three weeks after my order and I tried calling but their phone line just disconnects. They later emailed saying they do this intentionally to avoid being contacted. After multiple emails they said they couldn't locate the mirror even though it was still listed on the site. They offered me a different mirror that wasn't right. I picked another one that showed as available but suddenly it wasn't anymore. Got my money back in full. Won't be ordering from here again.

Do not buy from this company. The photos online don't match how the products look in person. The quality is really disappointing. You have to pay shipping on furniture and then pay again to send things back. I spent four hundred dollars just on shipping for a piece that looked nothing like the pictures and sent it back the same day it arrived. I wouldn't even open the box. The delivery took way longer than promised and customer service was completely unhelpful. Really bad experience overall.

I paid for White Glove delivery but when it showed up I was told White Glove doesn't include assembly. That's new to me since I've ordered furniture from tons of retailers as a commercial buyer for various home goods companies. The delivery people also wouldn't even take the boxes. I called and was told that light assembly isn't included with White Glove. They said I could return it but I'd have to cover shipping costs. The table itself looks beautiful so I'm giving it two stars instead of one, but the service was disappointing.

Watch out before you order from these people. I bought ornaments that I thought were the bigger size based on what I saw on their site. Turns out they were selling the smaller version at the same price. The size details are buried on the website and not clear at all. Called about returning them and found out I have to pay for return shipping myself. After some research I learned that's their standard policy. Spent seventy-two dollars plus sixteen dollars in shipping, and now I'd lose more money sending it back. This company uses bait and switch tactics that are all hidden in their fine print. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere unless you absolutely need something only they have.

I had my doubts after reading some negative reviews, but went with this company because prices were so much better than competitors for the tables I wanted. UPS damaged them during delivery, but Brian from customer service arranged a pickup and sent replacements via a different carrier. It took a bit of time but I wasn't in a rush. The new tables arrived in perfect condition. Really pleased with how they handled it.
