My package got sent back, and I believe the problem was that Boody's delivery partner DHL handed it off to a different third party delivery company (T Force) to complete the delivery to my area. T Force then dropped it at Canada Post even though they were closed at the time. It seems like T Force should understand Canada Post's business hours and plan deliveries accordingly. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and now it won't arrive in time for the holiday. Really disappointed with how this was handled.
