Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Firestone location. They are a complete rip-off and clearly don't know what they're doing. I'd give zero stars if I could. To keep it brief, I've had two separate issues with my vehicle over the past two months. They claimed it was one thing, I paid for it, then had to bring it back. This happened three times total. I've spent over 5600 dollars trying to get my car fixed and it's still broken. We've been incredibly patient. We even had to rent a car for a week and pay for Uber rides to drop off my vehicle repeatedly. As of mid-March 2026, I still don't have my car. It's been sitting there for two weeks with no phone calls updating me on anything. All I want is a working vehicle. That shouldn't be too much to ask after what I've paid. I honestly don't trust them anymore. Go anywhere else. I'd hate for someone else to go through what I'm going through.

They wanted over 600 dollars for a new pump and service, with no acknowledgment of the prematurely failed part. This location's management showed no responsibility or willingness to make things right. I'm very disappointed and will be finding a different repair shop.

Staff here is consistently pleasant and courteous. There was a time when the waiting room wasn't ideal, but they've since remodeled and now the whole interior is fantastic. The team really put in extra effort to make sure the experience was as smooth as possible.
