The engine had way too much vibration. No big deal with a cheap plane assembled overseas, right? Called to talk to someone and got nowhere because apparently I'm not a retail store. Came back in person today to explain the motor seems faulty. After waiting half an hour for the manager, they basically said no thanks and mentioned they'd have another in a couple days. His solution was to jury rig it with third party parts, which doesn't really make sense for a micro aircraft. Really let down. Haven't been back in years.
