When checking my order it showed unfulfilled, and the town name got replaced with the county. I filled out a form reporting the wrong address and got no response. Called on the 12th and was assured it would ship Monday the 16th. It's the 17th now and still says unfulfilled. Every time I call after that I get voicemail.
Skip this company entirely. Their warranty is completely fake. All that stuff about being insured against loss and having a lifetime guarantee is nonsense. I have my receipt from 8 years ago and they still won't stand behind their warranty promise. Find somewhere else to buy from.
The customer service and quality here are terrible. Tilley claims to be premium but they're really not living up to it. Got their T1 iconic bucket hat three months ago. Light colored fabric now has bright green staining around the eyelets, and when I asked about it they told me to use toothpaste to clean and nail polish to seal the corroded eyelets from sweat. That's absurd. This shouldn't happen with a hat like this.
