I want to share this to help consumers make informed choices, not because I want to bash the company. Over time I noticed a pretty significant difference between pods I ordered straight from JUUL.com versus the ones I bought at retail stores. The online ones were lighter in color, had weaker flavor, and didn't last as long, even though they were sealed and the same strength and variety. I kept track of all the details, batch numbers, photos, receipts, and timelines, then reached out to support. Eventually it got escalated and they asked me to send back the unopened pods for them to check. That meant dealing with hazmat shipping, coordinating with USPS, waiting for delivery, and following up several times. JUUL did end up reimbursing me and gave me back a subscription cancellation fee, but it took weeks and was a real pain. The actual refund wasn't the issue, just how much effort it took to get there. My advice for others ordering online: keep records of everything including photos and batch numbers.

Made the switch from Elf Bar to JUUL pods and haven't looked back. The bleeding gums issue I had is completely gone now. Really enjoying using JUUL both at home and out and about. My top flavors are Virginia Tobacco, which has a warm roasted taste with nutty notes, Mango with its light sweetness and balance, and Watermelon with that smooth blend of sweet and spearmint. I've sampled Autumn Tobacco which tastes like overripe apples, Ruby Menthol is sweet with a sharp menthol kick, and Lychee is decent though a bit too sugary for me but works great after eating. Definitely the right choice.

Had to make the switch to JUUL after they sued my previous brand out of business and honestly, it doesn't cut it for me. The pods are smaller so you're paying twice as much. If they could make a stronger pod maybe I'd be more into it, but right now I'm actively looking to go back and hoping that lawsuit gets settled soon.

Completely disappointed with JUUL's service. I paid extra for expedited shipping and my order never showed up on time. When I asked about getting the shipping charge refunded, they basically ghosted me. I sent multiple messages and they finally admitted the delay was on their end, but they flat out refused to refund the delivery fee for a service they didn't deliver. This is really frustrating, charging customers for next-day delivery and then not following through, plus refusing to make it right. If you're thinking about paying for expedited shipping, save yourself the headache. Not worth it and don't expect them to stand behind what they promise.

This product is terrible and a total rip off. Every single pod leaks and some way worse than others. I've spent so much money and even tried removing pods between uses thinking that would help, but nope. When I contacted them about the problem, they hit me with this massive list of questions demanding batch numbers, nicotine levels, purchase dates, retailer info, serial numbers, detailed descriptions of where the leaks are happening. It's absolutely ridiculous. All I wanted was a solution to a defective product, not to become an investigator filling out forms like I'm filing taxes.

JUUL is being dishonest. I was told the half gram pod was supposed to be the one gram size. I asked them to understand how I got ripped off and they never helped me. I used the one gram pods for a long time and they switched to half grams without being upfront about it. The stores were selling them at the same price but giving you half the product. $24.95 for grams and then they dropped to half grams with no clear notification. This feels like a sneaky way to make more money without being honest with customers about what they're actually getting.

Quality control is all over the place. Some pods work fine, others don't. You're spending a decent amount of cash and then have to go through the hassle of returns. It's basically the same price as smoking anyway and it's making it harder to actually quit. Just keep trying though. Been vaping since 2015.

Really solid product. Super convenient to carry around and charges in no time. The flavors taste great and you don't get that lingering sweet taste like you do with disposable vapes. Definitely would tell others to check it out.

Placed an order in early August and it took forever to get any kind of update. Eventually they said it was delivered but honestly the whole experience was slow. Ended up with their menthol pods and they're really not good quality. Glad I found that out before throwing more money at this company.
