I've spent a shameful amount of money on Woobles purchases going back to 2020, and I'm done. I'm not buying from them anymore. Back on the first of December I ordered something expensive and large, and it still hasn't gone out. Customer service won't tell me when or if it'll ship. My order came in well before they announced their cutoff date on the ninth for holiday delivery. But since that announcement, they keep promoting special quick-ship packages guaranteed to arrive by the 24th. They're only interested in these fresh orders and ignoring all of us longtime customers waiting for our old orders. They'll admit they don't have enough staff, and honestly their job postings show they plan to keep it that way. They got their money and no longer care about service. If they did, they'd invest in proper staffing instead of pocketing all the profits.

It's 8PM on October 27th and my Halloween order from July still hasn't shown up. I've requested a refund several times but they gave me the runaround with no real response. After I paid, I noticed a note saying nothing would ship until mid October, but now it's late October and this gift won't arrive before Halloween anyway. I'm returning this item and won't give them my business ever again.

These kits feel way overpriced for what you get. Thirty dollars is too steep. Also, if you're paying that much, they should throw in printed instructions. My grandson asked for one of these after seeing commercials, so I bought him a kit. He's only eight though, and obviously can't scan a QR code to learn crochet by himself. I had to open it myself, use the code, and print everything out. That's too much work for a thirty dollar purchase. They should be embarrassed about not including paper instructions. Plus, some of the techniques are genuinely too advanced for a kid.

Wish I hadn't spent money on two kits. The instructional videos aren't helpful for someone just starting out. Why does each lesson have to be in one long video instead of broken up? Everything moves at lightning speed, the instructor's hands block the actual knots, and you never get a clear view of where the yarn goes or how to thread things through properly.
