Purchased a hoodie labeled as proudly Canadian for $115 on sale. It didn't fit right. The return process is confusing and unfair for customers in Canada. No free return shipping, and you have to jump through hoops like printing forms and paying to ship it back yourself. Still no refund after sending it back, and I had to prove it arrived before they responded at all.

Absolutely trash service. They collected tax when I paid, then shipped it internationally. I had to pay taxes again on delivery because they never forwarded the original tax payment to the shipper. When I complained, their support just gave me a confusing explanation about tax being for shipping. That doesn't make sense and feels like they're taking advantage of customers.

The customer service representatives themselves are nice, but the company's operations are a disaster. I bought something on sale and it went downhill from there. They only told me once that it was delayed and then went silent. They later claimed it was a preorder when I never agreed to that. I expected delivery in a week or two, not months. After all this frustration they only refunded shipping and said there's nothing else they can do. No updates, no estimated date, just excuses. It's dishonest and I still don't even know if I'll get my item. Really poor handling of this situation.

The Dodgers should find a different partner to sell their gear. This company keeps items out of stock for years at a time and never responds when you ask about when they'll have them back in. It's a complete waste of time.

Hands down the absolute worst experience. Their shipping department seems to have like one person handling everything. I wanted to cancel an order that wasn't shipping within three weeks but they said the department that handles that was closed. Told me to try the next day. Next day they assured me it was all set and gave me a ticket number. Then the next day I got an email that it shipped anyway. Had to contact them a third time just to be told sorry, it's too late. So they messed up, wasted my time three times, and refused to actually fix anything. I'm disputing it through my credit card. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Fair warning, Fanatics and their other brands operate the same way.

I ordered a Royals jersey and it wasn't the same as the picture on the website. It looked embroidered in the listing but arrived with iron-on graphics. Really unhappy with the quality and the false advertising. The pictures make items look way better than what you actually receive. I probably won't purchase from them again and think MLB should reconsider their partnership.

I purchased 4 championship sweatshirts and had major problems with all of them. Two showed the team name printed upside down, one had stains, and they were all missing snaps. I really should have looked at other customer reviews first. The quality here is seriously subpar and I can't recommend it.

Honestly, I wish one star was too many. I tried buying a hat and waited two months before they refunded me instead of sending the product. I ordered again and after another month had to contact them.
