You'd think they'd put it right on their main page that returns or exchanges come with a $15 charge, even for gift card swaps. Knowing that ahead of time would change how many people buy from them. It's totally unreasonable. Other companies typically sweeten the deal when you exchange. I'm returning something that's under $50 and it's not even a full rug, just a small 4x6 pad.
