Total waste of money. I got this as a Christmas gift and have used it for about two and a half months. The fan is making strange noises and oil is leaking inside. Every single oil delivery leaked in the package. I emailed customer service five days ago but their website says they're too swamped to do chat. I called and sat on hold for thirty minutes before getting disconnected and sent a link instead. The product isn't even listed in their system so I can't get help. For what you're paying, don't bother with this diffuser. Clearly lots of other people are having the exact same problems with the fan noise and oil leaks. This thing isn't built well and you're not getting your money's worth. I think they're too busy dealing with complaints to actually respond to anyone.

This is just another subscription trap where they make it nearly impossible to cancel your account. Don't fall for their pitch.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They make canceling extremely difficult and keep sending subscription boxes even after you cancel. Then they claim they have no record of your cancellation request. I'd strongly suggest avoiding this company completely and saving yourself the frustration, wasted money, and headaches.

This is my second defective unit and I'm extremely frustrated. The diffuser is leaking again, which customer service told me suggests a faulty motor, basically admitting there's a manufacturing problem. Yet the warranty is only three months, which seems laughably short for a premium product. Instead of replacing my second broken unit, they offered me a discount to buy another one. Then they tried to upsell me on their VIP program with monthly subscriptions and commitments. That's not a solution, that's just asking me to throw more money at a broken product. For this price point, they should stand behind what they're selling instead of trying to get me to buy more.

What a scam. I ordered two diffusers, four scents, and a candle. The candle arrived broken and two of the four scents were missing from the box. I called and emailed multiple times trying to get help but nobody would respond. Do not buy from this company. The scent itself is okay but nothing special and the service is nonexistent.

The scent quality is genuinely good, probably better than most competitors, but this company is clearly trying to pull one over on you. They reduced the bottle size from fifty milliliters to thirty milliliters and claimed the diffuser would somehow use less oil as a result. That makes no sense. Without any software updates to the diffuser, it's not going to magically consume less oil from the same type of container. The only way it uses less is because it runs out faster. Their advertising is full of tricks too. They ran a promotion saying you'd get two fifty milliliter bottles of oil, but when you go to purchase it rings up as two thirty milliliter bottles instead. When I called them out, they said that's what they actually have but never updated their ads. There are so many sketchy things about how they operate.

Don't buy the mystery box because it's literally a scam. You're buying a fifty dollar coupon for fifteen dollars but you also have to spend an additional seventy five dollars just to redeem it. When I finally got through to customer service after days of waiting, they defended themselves by saying their terms of service allows them to send coupons as mystery box items instead of real merchandise. I requested a refund and got a hard no. They need to be held accountable for misleading customers like this.
