Be careful with this company. They advertise free shipping on their site, and it says you qualify for it during checkout, but the actual total was more than double what the books cost. When I asked about this, support explained that prices go up based on where you're shipping to because shipping is factored into the item price. They say there's a region selector at the top of the website to check prices first. This doesn't feel honest to me. If prices are adjusted for location, that's still shipping markup no matter what you call it. This approach doesn't align with what 'Better World' should mean.

Don't order from here! The listing said the workbook was in 'Good' condition, but what arrived was absolutely disgusting. Torn pages, writing and stickers covering everything, severe damage, and filthy throughout. This was false advertising plain and simple. I had to wash my hands after handling it. The service is unacceptable and deceptive. They completely ignored follow-up messages when I contacted them. Someone was counting on this piano practice book and they let us down with their careless treatment of their products.

When I contacted them about it, they told me I should have checked the ISBN number first (which wasn't shown on the website) and that they use stock photos so the cover might not be exact. That doesn't make sense to me. If you're showing a book cover and listing its title, why would I need to research what I'm ordering? They eventually refunded me, but I would've preferred getting the book I actually paid for.

The book itself was beautiful, and I appreciate it! Something odd happened though when I visited my university library. The security system went off and staff told me an unidentified item had triggered it. Turns out the book still had an active security tag from its original Cork library. After getting it deactivated, everything was fine and there were no problems for me.
