My Easter Monday delivery was a disaster. Got an email at 9 o'clock confirming my time slot. At 9:53 they sent the receipt. Then at 10 o'clock, they emailed that they'd cancelled the whole thing. Sure, they threw in a £10 voucher to apologize, but that's useless. I had family coming over for dinner that night. This was pathetic.

The car wash at the petrol station location I visit frequently is pretty much always broken. Every time I go there, it's either not working or out of service.

They emailed me about a special offer saying I'd get £15 off if I spent £35 or more. So I placed an order over that amount and suddenly they're telling me my basket is too full. Why would they send me an email dangling this deal in front of me just to tell me I don't qualify? Their loss, really.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I got. A staff member approached me during my shopping trip and treated me poorly for no good reason. That's it for me at Tesco - I won't be back. I can drive somewhere else just fine, and honestly, I'd rather give my money to literally any other store. The satisfaction of knowing I'll never shop at Tesco again is worth way more than the convenience. This kind of treatment from staff is inexcusable. If you don't like helping customers, go work in a field where that's not your job. Don't bother reaching out because my mind is completely made up. I'm done.

This is absolutely awful. A staff member came up to me while I was shopping and spoke to me really disrespectfully for absolutely no reason. I'm done with Tesco for good. Since I have my car, it's no big deal to drive five minutes to another store instead. Knowing I'll never give another pound to this company again is totally worth it. The customer service here is shocking. I don't care what excuse they have for being rude - if you don't want to work in customer service, find another job. Don't bother responding because I will never step foot in a Tesco again. Nobody gets to talk to me that way.

My wife had an incident at a Tesco location yesterday where she was accused of theft. The situation remains unresolved. A couple of people, including the cashier, confirmed it was just a mistake, but the security team wouldn't let it go. I've tried calling the store and corporate office multiple times but can't get through to an actual person. It's really disappointing that nobody seemed to notice my wife was getting upset. She has some health issues that become obvious when she's stressed, and I felt like Tesco didn't care much about how she was doing.

Got a product from the local Tesco today and it was already spoiled. Went online to file a complaint but you've got to use WhatsApp or call them up - what a hassle. I shop at Tesco almost every single day and this isn't even the first time they've sold me rotten products. Plus I've noticed the prices keep going up, which feels like they're just bleeding customers dry.

Really satisfied with my local Tesco on Hayes Hyde Way. The staff members there including Mandy and Sanjeev are super friendly and always willing to help out. Every time I shop there, it's a nice experience.

The customer service here is fantastic and the staff really know their stuff. Both the food and products are top notch. Got to give special mention to one of the workers, who's always been super helpful whenever I come in.

The store in my area is really well run and organized. I appreciate how the managers make an effort to walk around the store from time to time. I'd love to see them do this even more often, ideally every day if they could. When management takes the time to chat with customers, it makes everyone feel more welcome and part of the community. Keep up the great work at this location!

Huge thanks to Paul, the delivery driver who brought my groceries on Tuesday morning. I live on a rural lane that was unexpectedly closed off, and I'd already called to warn them about it. Paul parked at the village hall, loaded everything onto a trolley, and walked down the dark muddy road at 10pm with a smile. That kind of effort is seriously appreciated!

I wanted to give a shout-out to the team at Tesco. You guys consistently go above and beyond with your customer service and delivery operations. Everything is so organized and efficient. There was one time when a bottle of whiskey got placed in a different spot, but your team called me right away to let me know it would arrive later in the day. That kind of attention to detail keeps someone like me, who's been around a while, feeling taken care of. Really appreciate it!
