Purchased the mouthwash in early April and received notice saying I'd get order confirmation within 1 to 4 business days. Never happened. Attempted canceling through email and got the same automatic response. Sent additional emails with the same result, no meaningful response from anyone. I'm frustrated and just need my refund. You won't see me as a customer going forward.

I'd love to comment on whether the products are good or bad but I've had a nightmare trying to get them delivered. Then when they finally said it was shipping out, I got another email saying it was getting canceled and sent back instead. I paid for express shipping too and after three weeks I still have nothing. What's really annoying is they reply quicker on this site than they ever did to my two email messages, which makes it crystal clear what your actual priorities are.

The popsicle flavor absolutely stands out as amazing. Cotton candy is okay but to me it has more of a maple syrup taste than anything else. You might want to focus on offering fewer flavors that actually taste accurate to what they claim to be. Thanks!

The popsicle flavor is genuinely fantastic. I'm less impressed with the cotton candy one though honestly, it comes across as more maple syrup flavored than cotton candy to me. Maybe try narrowing down your flavor selection and making sure they actually taste like what they're supposed to taste like? Appreciate it!

Got the stain whitening mouthwash and it was honestly just like what they show in their advertisements! The amount of stuff that came out was unreal and my mouth felt so fresh after using it.

I mistakenly placed two orders and sent an email to try canceling one. I was nervous about getting a response based on some of the other reviews I'd seen, but they actually got back to me within a couple hours and took care of canceling and refunding the order right away. The refund should show up in my account within 3 to 5 business days. Really solid customer service!

I went in pretty skeptical if I'm being real. But then I saw a promotional email about a starter bundle and decided to give it a shot. Really impressed by the flavor quality and the results I got from the toothpaste and that purple whitening stuff. Since then I've ordered multiple times and even bought some for friends as presents because I'm so into it.

Honestly I had some doubts going in but they sent me this awesome promotional email for a starter kit so I figured why not. Tried everything and was genuinely blown away by how good the flavors taste and how much my teeth improved from the toothpaste and the whitening product, the purple one. I've gone back and bought more stuff since then and have even recommended it to friends as gifts because I'm that into it.
