We're really let down by the service we received from RH. The actual furniture quality is great, but getting in touch is nearly impossible - emails get ignored and calls don't get returned. It feels like they've stopped caring about their customers and putting effort into their work.

Something's changed with this company. The build quality has declined noticeably and the workmanship is sloppy now. We ordered something and waited over four months just to get it, and when it showed up it was damaged. They sent a replacement but it was in worse condition than the original. The order required two trucks and four people to deliver, but they clearly don't put any care into their work. Your local furniture store probably has better quality pieces.

Really had a fantastic experience overall. We've spent well over fifty grand on furniture from them in the past year and every part of it - from walking into the store to receiving delivery to getting support afterward - has been excellent. I have nothing but positive things to say about how they run their business and the quality of everything we got.

The website is seriously misleading. They advertise member pricing like it's some special deal, but then it turns out the member price IS just their sale price with no actual discount stacked on top. You have to pay a fee to become a member just to access what they pretend is already discounted. It feels like a complete scam and frankly they shouldn't be operating like this.

Can't speak to their current customer service, but I've ordered loads of items from them years ago when we first furnished our place - bed, mattress, window treatments, hardware, bathroom fixtures, mirrors. All of it is holding strong and looking good. The service back then was solid enough, even though a couple things took longer than expected before arriving.
