The concept sounds good but in practice they seem profit focused. By default the money doesn't really go to charity unless you manually adjust the split, which feels deceptive. They market themselves as charity-first but really it's about revenue. That said what made me drop the rating was different. I bought a game and their checkout promised $5 back for bank payments, so I did that. Never got the money. I filed a support ticket and they wanted proof, but the offer disappeared and I'm not gonna take screenshots of every transaction. Support took forever to respond anyway and I never got my $5. It's not huge but it shows they're not trustworthy.
