Went with Avery's custom label printing to make some name labels for my daughter's daycare items. The design tool on the website was easy to work with and straightforward. Ordered and got my labels in three business days. They stick great to all her stuff and the image stays sharp even with daily toddler wear and tear. Definitely using them again!

Avery is terrible! Way too confusing for uploading images and getting prints made. I'm done with them forever. Such a frustrating experience. They should look at what Canva is doing and take notes.

Really unsatisfied with these labels. I have a Canon inkjet printer and ordered various semi-gloss labels made for inkjet. Two days later and they're still wet and smudged all over. There's no way I can use these on my products!

Really disappointed. Item showed up and the material is thin, shiny, and unpleasant. Plus it's smaller than expected and looks completely different from the picture online. Want to return it? That'll cost you to ship back overseas, and it's not even fully refundable. Or settle for just thirty percent off. Not worth it. Skip this company.

Small business owner here, and I've been stuck using their labels out of necessity even though I'm not thrilled about it. Every time something goes wrong, there's just no real support or fix. The customer service is really bad, and they switched up the label colors without any heads up, so now I'm left with a bunch I can't actually use. Their templates don't line up right and neither does the company. Really disappointed overall.

Skip this company! The actual products look nothing like what's shown online and the quality is terrible. Hopefully the return process won't be too much of a hassle. I wish I'd checked out customer feedback before placing my order on their site.

Overpriced products that are just average quality, and now they've let customer information get exposed through a ransomware breach! For what Avery charges, they should have solid web security in place. Even worse, it took them six weeks to even tell customers about it and they didn't include any real apology in their notice. Absolutely switching to another vendor. The offered free credit monitoring for a year doesn't fix the fact that their poor cybersecurity resulted in customer data being compromised. This is unacceptable and management should be embarrassed by this.

The quality of self-printed business cards is pretty good, but here's the annoying part: you have to save your design first before printing, which is fine if you plan to reuse it. For a one-off project though, you're still forced to save it before you can print. Why do I need an account just to print something myself? Unless you're definitely reusing that design, it feels unnecessary.

The absolute worst! Ordered items as Christmas presents almost a month prior and they never arrived or provided tracking info. Got nothing but empty apology emails about delays. Since these were gifts for my grandkid, I had to scramble and buy replacements elsewhere, hoping the original shipment would show up eventually. It never did. They have my payment but I have nothing to show for it. Never heard of them before, but now I understand why. Heading straight to my credit card company to file a fraud claim. Will never shop here again!!!

Avery's marketing is deceiving and misleading. They heavily promote having customer service right here in America, which makes you think their stuff is domestically produced. Reality check: their paper comes from China and manufacturing happens in Mexico. This kind of dishonesty is really problematic, especially if you're a business counting on them. If you're using Avery products and claiming domestic origin because of their branding, you could actually hurt your own credibility. Think twice about doing business with them if honesty and openness matter in your decision making.

Heads up to everyone: avoid this company entirely. They're running a scam. I paid 160 dollars and cancelled the next day. It's been over a month with no refund. All they do is send apology messages instead of actually returning my money.

I've tried being patient with Avery, but literally every single order comes back cut wrong. They say they'll fix it and make notes about how to cut them right, but then send the same messed up batch. Sometimes the replacements have the same cutting problem all over again. Then there's the production and delivery situation. I order with expedited shipping, get told a delivery date, that date passes with zero communication. I check and find out the order is still being made. I had a product launch coming up this weekend. Thousands of dollars riding on it and no labels ready. As a small business owner, each mistake from Avery sets me back somehow. This was too much. They keep asking for another shot but then repeat the same failures.
