Don't sign up using your social media accounts for this. They'll charge you $30 without warning. Yeah, I fell for the clickbait, but this company should be embarrassed about how they operate. This is their trap: they make you agree to their Terms of Service when you sign up, even for the cheap option, and that includes auto-billing for a $30 monthly charge. They say they send a welcome email explaining everything, but that doesn't excuse the shady setup.

Total scam operation. Stay far away from this company.

Ordered straight from their site and didn't catch that it was set up as an auto-renewal. They didn't warn me before charging my card again, tacked on a $10 shipping fee, and then had Amazon deliver it anyway. Could have just bought it from Amazon in the first place for way less. The product itself might be decent, but their customer service is absolutely awful. I'm done with them.

Placed an order for 3 cases directly from Hint on March 4th. Four days went by with no delivery. When I tracked it, it showed delivered on March 6th, but I never got it. The tracking info then said the package got damaged during shipping and the seller told them to throw it out. Nobody from Hint or the carrier bothered to reach out and let me know what happened.

Got this from Costco and it was disappointing. The natural flavors are the worst I've ever tried. Honestly, plain tap water tastes better. If you want something similar, grab Walmart's house brand natural flavored water instead. You'll get more than twice the product for the same price.

Can't even comment on the flavor since my order never showed up. I've sent two emails to Hint and gotten nothing back, not even after 11 days on the first one and over two days on the second. They claim they respond within 48 hours, which is clearly false. No phone support either, just email. The carrier told me it was undeliverable and said to reach out to the seller. Then today Hint emails asking me to review flavors I never received. Completely ridiculous service.

Shocked by how many negative reviews are out there! I'm obsessed with this water. It's super refreshing and tastes great. Most flavors are winners though a couple aren't my thing. I grab it from my local store when it goes on sale instead of ordering online. Everyone's got different preferences, and my husband's not a fan while I can't get enough.

Just expensive tap water in a bottle! I spent $36 on 3 cases of what's basically nothing. Zero flavor. Not even a hint of taste, which is ironic. One of my worst purchases ever. I wish I'd read reviews beforehand because I know better. The taste is even worse than my actual tap water. Good luck getting a refund out of them. Just avoid this company entirely.
