Had a frustrating experience last week. I phoned in an order for a man's cashmere sweater with next day delivery. Same day, an agent called back saying there was an issue and she'd put through a new order and ring with the new confirmation. Never heard back, so I called the next day and they said I'd need a completely new order placed. That went fine until I mentioned next day delivery. Suddenly I'm told it's impossible because the next shipment won't arrive until September! I was shocked but they insisted that was right. So I cancelled. The next day my internet was back up and I happened to check Pure online. I ordered the same sweater with next day delivery and it showed up the very next day! How do they hire people to take phone orders? The agent didn't even blink when she told me September, and just said have a nice day after I cancelled. I've been a regular customer with Pure for years but I'm done now. Since then I've looked at other recent reviews and I'm clearly not the only one frustrated.

Outstanding support from the team. Got my order processed and shipped in just 4 days. One item didn't work out for me so I sent it back. Pure refunded me right away with no hassles. Really appreciate it, Pure.

My husband gave me one of the cashmere polo neck jumpers as a Christmas gift, priced at £150. When it arrived, I was shocked that no cashmere comb was included. After wearing it just three times, it already looks worn out and shabby, so now it's just something I wear around the house. I bought my own comb and tried to restore it, but nothing worked. When I called multiple times to complain, nobody ever helped me. Really bad service and disappointing product quality. Hard to justify paying that much. Won't be telling friends or family about this.

Very disappointing purchase. I've owned several Pure Collection slimfit cashmere sweaters over the years and they've always been fantastic - they wash well and hold up for ages. I ordered one back in October labeled as slimfit, so I sized up like I always do for a more comfortable fit. I set it aside for a special occasion and when I went to wear it yesterday, I realized it was absolutely massive. The fit is terrible: completely shapeless and nothing like my previous purchases. That's when I noticed it's now being sold by Wool Lovers, and their sizing is completely different from before. I have proof it was advertised as slimfit, but this is definitely not slimfit. It's not what was described or shown in the photos. Plus I paid £150 for it!

Your customer service is really bad. They act like they don't care at all (especially the foreign speaking staff who are hard to understand). I wanted to cancel an order that apparently wasn't sent, and they couldn't seem to care less. I had to give my name, address, and order information. Then they put me on super loud music and vanished for 5 minutes. Twice! This is awful.

Really happy with my cardigans and jacket. Picked up two cashmere crew neck cardigans for £150 each and this was my first time ordering that style from them. The color and quality were excellent. The pink was sold out so I checked out M&S instead, but honestly their version was cheap and thin compared to Pure's. Since I couldn't find the pink cardigan, I browsed their sale section and found a cotton wool blend Milano Jacket in pink. It's high quality, fits perfectly, and will look great with so many summer and fall dresses. Would've grabbed the blue too if they had my size. Really satisfied overall. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the customer service. I've seen other people mention this too. I called asking when the heather pink cashmere cardigan would be back in stock and got the runaround. It's not how I remember them from when I called years ago. They need to fix their support team. This stuff really matters for keeping customers happy. I've spent £380 across three purchases in just one month. That's the kind of loyalty you want to keep, but one bad experience can push customers away. That's something no company can afford to lose.

Was going to order something online when I noticed a click and collect option. Hadn't heard about that before so I called their customer service line to ask about it. The guy who picked up was so upbeat and helpful that I decided to just place the order over the phone with him. He was fantastic!

Really happy with everything. My original shipment got lost because of a courier issue. But Michael and Chris from Pure's support team went above and beyond to track down my package and make sure it arrived at a safe address this week. The quality of my new blouse and cashmere sweater is fantastic! Really grateful for Pure.

Seriously impressed with both the clothing quality and the support I got from Pure Collection. I grabbed one dress on sale and was so happy with it when it came that I ordered the same dress in another color right away. The second color ended up not being right for me. For various reasons it took longer than the normal 14 day window to get the dress back to the post office for return. I wasn't sure if I'd still get my money back since it was past the deadline. Not only did I get a complete refund, but it was the fastest refund ever, back in my account just days after sending it back. And the dress I kept is stunning and really well made. Pure Collection rocks!
