Serious issue with an outstanding balance related to a trip that never happened. This commitment was not honored and I'm out significant money.

Plus they charge 9.99 for return shipping, and you're stuck absorbing whatever you paid to receive the item originally. I paid 234 dollars and only got 191 in store credit back. The refund terms are terrible and I plan to use that credit before never ordering here again.
