The website stated delivery would take two to three working days, but it took ten days instead. Since that happened to be the start of our vacation, we weren't home when it arrived. The package was left sitting outside for two weeks in the elements before we got back. Everything inside had to be thrown away. I reached out to support and received unhelpful, dismissive responses even after following up multiple times. I even suggested updating their website timeline to give customers realistic expectations, but got no reply. Won't be ordering from them again.
