Really disappointed with how I was treated. I ordered an LG OLED TV on October 8th and the product page said it came with a $250 gift card and 4 year warranty. Then on October 30th I got an email about a $100 refund on my purchase. When I reached out to confirm about the $250 gift card from the listing, customer service was rude and kept saying it was only $100 and their manager agreed. This is straight up misleading advertising and bait and switch tactics. I have proof of what the original listing said, and it clearly showed the $250 gift card, but they keep denying it. I never would have bought from them at the $100 gift card level since other places had better deals. This kind of dishonest practice is unacceptable and makes me very wary of doing business here again.
