This company is awful. When you ask about stock status or delivery timing, you get zero answers. Customer service is absolutely horrible and forget about trying to cancel anything once you've ordered. Stay away from this place no matter what.

I've ordered many times and mostly it works out, though shipping can be slow. This time I specifically went with them because they had the 4K, Blu-ray and digital combo for a movie I wanted that I couldn't find bundled anywhere else. Got my order but the digital code was already expired by almost a year. The first representative had no clue what a digital copy even was. She claimed her supervisor said to send an email for a replacement code. No response for four days, and when they finally replied it was a generic message about digital codes that didn't address my actual issue. Called back several more times. Apparently their managers are only available for a couple hours daily and wouldn't talk to me during those windows, got put on hold for twenty minutes then disconnected three separate times, and ultimately only got a 20 percent credit for something that's a third worthless. They wouldn't guarantee a replacement wouldn't also be expired and wouldn't support their sale. Been on hold so many times trying to reach someone useful. I'm done with them. It's fine till it's not, then you're stuck.

This is honestly the best place I've found to purchase films and music. I've ditched shopping on eBay and Amazon thanks to Deep Discount. eBay had the selection I wanted, but Deep Discount matches that selection and then some. Plus you don't have to worry about shady sellers the way you do on eBay. Compared to Amazon, Deep Discount wins hands down because Amazon's packaging for movies was terrible and items would show up broken or with loose discs nearly every time. That's never happened once with Deep Discount. Even versus specialty movie retailers, Deep Discount is the better choice since they're just a bit cheaper and ship faster, unless you catch a boutique company running a special. This place deserves a 10 out of 10, two thumbs up, A+, or whatever rating system you prefer. They're fantastic! Major thanks to Deep Discount.

Tracked down two hard to find DVDs at a reasonable price. The shipping was quick and my DVDs arrived in excellent condition. I really enjoy shopping with them.

Maybe they should call themselves Deep Letdown instead. If you're selling vinyl records, you'd think shipping them correctly would be basic knowledge. Love getting your orders with bent edges and burst seams? Look no further! Enjoy cracked CD cases with your purchase? They deliver that every time! Can't say enough good things about receiving destroyed music media from these folks.

Should rename this place to Deep Letdown. You'd expect a record seller to know how to pack vinyl properly for delivery. Want your albums showing up with crushed corners and torn seams? This is your spot! Prefer your CDs in cracked cases? They've got plenty of those ready to ship! I'm giving them five stars for consistently destroying music during transit.

Things work out okay if nothing goes wrong, but good luck getting help from their customer service when you need it. I'd been buying from them for years without issues and never sent anything back even when slightly damaged. I'd spent a lot of money there. Then I actually needed support and everything fell apart. First situation: I returned a movie I'd ordered by mistake using a prepaid label they gave me. Waited over a month and got nothing back, so I called and asked. They claimed I never sent it and flat out refused to refund or connect me with a manager. That was it. Second situation: I got a box with three movies that were totally destroyed, like something had run over it. The box was falling apart and held together with tape. All three DVD sets were completely crushed. I called for a return and they sent me a label, then they blocked my phone number. They actually blocked my phone! Now when I try calling I get a message saying the call can't go through. I can get through on my wife's phone though, which proves they did it. Unreal that this happened after being a loyal customer for so long. First time ever needing their support and they completely let me down. Obviously I won't be shopping with them ever again.

Absolutely awful experience with completely unhelpful customer service. I ordered items for over $150 and paid right away through PayPal. I needed to change just one number in my address. They cancelled the whole order and sent back a refund because of that one digit, and I lost $10 due to currency conversion. Their support team didn't care one bit. Honestly, this might be the worst customer service I've encountered in over two decades buying online. It makes sense why this place has such terrible ratings everywhere. I won't be going back. Definitely skip them.

Awful customer service experience. Go grab things on Amazon instead, you'll have much better luck. They charged me for shipping even though it was supposed to be complimentary, and they refused to give me my money back.

I wasn't sure about ordering from them based on the reviews I'd read, lots of them pretty negative. But I took the leap and got a brand new cd for just $9.99, way cheaper than you'll find anywhere else. Placed my order on July 19th and had it in hand by July 23rd, so five days total. Now they'll get more of my business down the road. You honestly can't beat finding a new $15 to $20 album for $10 and getting it delivered in less than a week. Don't stress about it, just give them a try and you'll probably have a great experience too.

After seeing a bunch of negative feedback, I was concerned about what would happen. My delivery arrived today though. The order was correct and showed up in just four days. There was a little crease on one corner of the box, probably from transport. Otherwise it was absolutely great. If I spot another deal I like, I'll be ordering again for sure.
