Ordered wallpaper from Burke Decor roughly a year ago and it never actually shipped out. I kept following up with their support team every couple weeks and they kept saying it would be a couple more months. Eventually I asked for my money back a few months ago. That refund also never showed up. I even filed a complaint with the BBB and they tried reaching out to Burke but got nowhere. I contacted the FTC too but couldn't move forward because too much time had passed. If you've actually gotten merchandise or a refund from them, please let me know because I'm stuck. This whole situation is pretty unacceptable.

Bought a chandelier from Burke Decor and unfortunately it doesn't work for my space. The fixture hangs too low and blocks movement through the room. I've tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times about starting a return, but they haven't gotten back to me at all. For a business that operates online, you'd think responsiveness would be a priority. As someone who purchases home decor regularly for design projects, this lack of communication is really frustrating. Very disappointed with how Burke Decor has handled this.

I spent over eleven hundred dollars on a coffee table back in February 2024 with a promised delivery by April. I reached out multiple times asking where my order was since it never arrived. When I finally requested my money back in November, nothing happened. We're now in March 2025, over a full year after I placed the order, and all I get are emails about how understaffed their returns team is with promises to escalate things. At this point it seems like the company just takes people's money and ignores them hoping they'll give up. I have no idea how they're still operating. I'd honestly be willing to help organize a class action if anyone else wants to join. Lawyers willing to work on this won't cost me anything. I'm fed up with the runaround and it's obvious they have zero interest in giving me my money back.

I wish I'd read the other negative reviews before ordering. Bought something in December and sent it back quickly because the color didn't match the picture on their site. I had to pay my own shipping costs. Burke Decor confirmed they got it back and said a refund was coming. It's now the end of January and still nothing. They claim their finance department is too small to handle refunds quickly, but over a month is too long. They've stopped replying to my emails asking about it. I've reported this to my credit card company, the BBB, and here so other shoppers know what to expect.

First time shopping with Burke Decor and I was really impressed. The items showed up quickly and the packaging was excellent. They stock a nice mix of upscale products without crazy markups, and they run good sales throughout the year. Perfect for picking out gifts or treating yourself. Would definitely recommend checking them out.

She jumped on my issue right away and came up with a solution that actually made me want to keep coming back to them instead of shopping elsewhere. Jamie and her group really put their customers first, which is pretty uncommon these days. Major kudos to them.
