I've been a customer for years without issues, but lately things have gone downhill. Every time I order now, the final charge doesn't match the advertised price. One time it was $17 more, another time $9 extra. Getting customer support has become impossible. No phone line, the email contacts don't work, and the automated responses never address my actual questions. My most recent order is coming from overseas and has been stuck in transit for 2 weeks with no movement or estimated delivery date. I wasn't even informed it was being shipped internationally.

I really like this product, but it's not holding a charge. The battery only lasts about 15 minutes before dying.

Hopefully it actually works when it gets here. I'd suggest sticking with more established retailers and save yourself the frustration.
