Tried the Arabian Mocha Sanani at a local shop and liked it so much I ordered online since the store rarely had fresh stock. Peet's seems to have changed what fresh means to them. Beans arrive a week after roasting at minimum, sometimes ten days or longer since roast date. Most recently they shipped beans on October 4th that were roasted September 24th and they arrived October 8th. That's far too old regardless of packaging claims. The crema quality drops noticeably after eight to ten days from roasting, and the complexity fades fast. Their shipping has gotten worse too. My weekly subscription missed one delivery by over a week then the next one came the next day, leaving me with no coffee for fourteen days followed by two pounds in two days.

I've loved Peet's coffee for years and buy it regularly as my staple. Decided to branch out and try their ground Honey Almond variety. Honestly, it was nasty. The flavor was so off putting I couldn't even finish one cup. The aroma and taste actually made my stomach turn. Sticking with my usual blends from now on and skipping their experimental flavors.

This morning I checked my bank account and found charges I didn't authorize. I've never ordered from this company and I'm based overseas. Three separate charges totaling $85 showed up. How do I get my money back when I never made a purchase?

Recommended them to a buddy and was supposed to get $22 in credit plus free shipping. The item became unavailable so they cancelled my order and wiped out the reward too. Their support took 24 hours to respond via email, then went silent after that. Chat support is barely better than a bot with another day wait time.

I don't get caught up in what others say, I judge based on what I experience myself. And that's how I rate things. I believe in giving respect unless there's reason not to. Their online service and purchase experience have absolutely earned my trust. Since there's no store near me, everything comes from ordering online. They get five stars from me. Registration was smooth, checkout was easy, delivery tracking was transparent, and then there's the product itself. That Italian Roast Blend smells incredible and tastes even better. The scent stays in your kitchen after brewing and the flavor is just perfect. I've sampled their Italian Roast against other brands doing the same blend and Peet's still comes out on top for me.

The coffee itself is great but the subscription service has been a nightmare for years. Monthly shipments consistently run late and then take over a week to get here once they ship. I've had packages vanish before. For such an established business, their online fulfillment is surprisingly broken. Their inventory seems nonexistent or their team can't handle orders. Plus prices keep jumping every quarter or so, 16oz bags now hit $20 when they were $16 back in the day. Support tries their best but nobody seems to know what's happening. Time to find a different brand.

Been a customer for four years buying through their site. Now they've introduced minimums. I really like their K cups but the new policy requires buying at least three of each flavor. If I want variety I need to get 3x4 equals 12 boxes total. This is ridiculous. Just charge me for shipping instead. Why force customers to overstock? Skip this company.

Beats Starbucks by a mile. Feels more authentic and less corporate. Comfortable atmosphere with better seating. The brew is strong and punchy. First time visiting their Miami location and now I wish I had one near me in Tampa because I'd go every day.

Picked up the Red Mocha Haraaz expecting something bold and full bodied. Let me down a bit. Not awful by any means, just nothing I'd reorder.

It's a coffee shop. Walk in and yes, you'll recognize it as a coffee shop. Baristas make drinks a little differently between locations, but at the end of the day it's still coffee. Pretty standard spot, though some locations have nicer decor.
