Update: After leaving my initial review, the company reached out directly and assured me they'd make things right. I'm upgrading to 5 stars based on their response. Originally, I had some frustrations with my experience. I bought a lingerie set for my wife's Valentine's gift with complimentary briefs included at checkout. My mistake was ordering the wrong bra size, so I returned everything unused through their return process and asked for my money back. The return took about 2 weeks to arrive back at their facility. Instead of giving me a refund, they sent a replacement with the correct size, but didn't include the matching briefs since the promotion appeared to have ended. I was frustrated about not getting a refund and about the briefs not being included in the replacement order. But we'll move forward from here.

Terrible customer service! I got the wrong size and wrong item delivered, and it took contacting them three separate times just to get a refund started. I cannot recommend shopping here.

Almost a month in and my items still haven't shown up, yet they're asking me to review them. I can't comment on the actual products since I haven't received anything. First they said one item was out of stock, then claimed the delivery company lost the package, so which is it? Now they're saying it's on the way, but that was 7 days ago and the tracking is confusing

Horrible experience. I made 2 purchases and paid extra for expedited shipping both times. The first shipment has taken 4 days just to leave their facility. I've attempted calling and emailing but the email address they list doesn't work.

First they cancelled the initial order and issued a refund due to their error, so I ordered again. Second time around, nothing arrived. I asked for tracking details but got excuses instead, and eventually they claimed the package was lost. They promised to reship for a third time, though one item is now unavailable, so they'd send what they could and refund the missing piece. Still no delivery after waiting over a week. I emailed again requesting tracking information and got the same runaround about checking with the warehouse. This feels like a scam at this point with zero accountability. I won't be coming back.
