The customer service experience was terrible and the hat quality is just not good. We got a big shipment of hats that were mostly damaged and couldn't be used. Alicia and the rest of the team seemed disorganized and didn't help at all. We spent twelve hundred dollars on company branded hats that are basically garbage now. We ordered back in May and didn't get our stuff until July, and every time we tried following up about our order nobody ever replied. When we finally got them and complained right away, they said the quality was awful and offered to remake them. We asked for our money back and a return label so they could see how bad the hats were. They said no to the refund and now they won't answer any of our emails. Fair warning, these hats are manufactured in China and the custom logo is just glued on as a patch really poorly. So many of them got squashed in the shipping box because they packed them in too tight, and at least twenty were unusable when they arrived. This was a complete waste of money and time. Don't spend your money with this company.
The customer care here is seriously amazing. Mixed up my hat color in the order, but they gave me clear steps to fix it and are shipping out the right color. Really pleased with the quality of the hats too.
