I'm frustrated with the lack of customer support and being charged without receiving what I ordered. The food itself is good, but at this price point, it's not acceptable when there are problems and nobody's there to help. Their competitor handles this stuff way better.

The value just isn't there. Every single meal is something you nuke in the microwave, and they all seem to come out looking pretty much identical - just protein with some vegetables scattered on the side. The snack options are pretty disappointing too. For the money they're charging, they could put way more effort into variety and presentation.
