Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- The code may be expired or valid only for specific sailings or destinations, so confirm the offer terms on RetailCoupons.com before booking.
- Some promo codes apply only to new bookings or have restrictions on cabin types and dates, so check eligibility requirements carefully.
- The code may not stack with other promotions or onboard credit offers, so review the terms to understand what discounts can be combined.
- Entering the code in the wrong field during checkout can prevent it from applying, so verify you placed it in the coupon code box and click apply or update.
- Browser issues or cached data may interfere with code redemption, so try clearing your browser cache and cookies before attempting to apply the code again.
- The promotional offer may require booking through a specific link provided on RetailCoupons.com rather than a standalone code, so use the exact link from the active offer listing.
Celebrity Cruises Savings Hacks
Celebrity Cruises periodically opens new sailing dates and itineraries with introductory pricing. Check RetailCoupons.com regularly for alerts on these promotional windows, which often feature deeper discounts than standard bookings.
Promotional offers sometimes include onboard credit that can offset beverage packages, specialty dining, and excursions. Review what the credit covers and plan your spending to maximize the value during your cruise.
Celebrity Cruises bundles flights, hotel stays, and cruise fares into vacation packages that may offer better savings than booking each component separately. Use available promos on these bundled packages for additional reductions.
Major sale periods such as holiday weekends and end-of-quarter promotions often feature elevated discounts. Return to RetailCoupons.com frequently to catch these limited-time events before they expire.
Celebrity Cruises Shipping Policy
Cruise vacation packages do not involve traditional shipping; instead, you will receive digital booking confirmations and documents via email after completing your reservation. Some cruise lines offer the option to have physical tickets and materials mailed to you, though digital delivery is standard. You should verify delivery preferences and contact information during checkout to ensure you receive all necessary pre-cruise information.
Celebrity Cruises Returns & Refund Policy
Cruise bookings are generally non-refundable once confirmed, though Celebrity Cruises may allow modifications or cancellations within specific windows depending on the fare type purchased and how far in advance the sailing is scheduled. Refund policies and cancellation terms vary based on promotional offers and booking conditions, so review the full policy presented at checkout before completing your reservation. Contact customer service directly if you need to make changes or have questions about cancellation eligibility for your specific booking.

Celebrity Cruises Reviews
Celebrity Cruises receives polarized feedback, with just over half of shoppers giving five-star ratings and praising the quality of ships, food, and service. Positive reviewers highlight professional booking teams, exceptional crew service, beautiful vessels, and well-executed itineraries, noting they felt well cared for throughout their voyages. Many indicate they would book again and recommend the line to others.
However, a significant portion of negative reviews cite operational and service failures that undermined otherwise quality experiences. Common complaints include poor cabin placement (noise from maintenance areas), unresponsive staff when issues arose, unreliable mobile app functionality, inadequate cabin cleaning, missed port stops, and forgotten special occasions despite advance notice. Some reviewers also mention limited beverage selection and premium pricing. These service lapses appear to frustrate customers most when they occur during milestone trips, and dissatisfied customers indicate they will not return.
The entire experience booking our October cruise from Sydney to New Zealand with Celebrity has been phenomenal. I was coordinating travel for a group of 36 people, which required serious planning and communication. Celebrity's booking team absolutely delivered. They were professional, answered my calls quickly, and went above and beyond to help at every turn. What impressed me most was how proactive and knowledgeable everyone was. They gave practical advice that made the whole process easy and stress free. Every question got answered right away and they made sure all our group logistics were handled perfectly. Because of how they managed everything, I'm confident our cruise will run smoothly and be unforgettable for everyone. It's been way more than just booking a cruise. It's been first class service from beginning to end. If the actual cruise is anything like this, we're in for something incredible. Highly suggest them.
Took a cruise with Celebrity out of Fort Lauderdale on the Ascent in January 2026. My room was positioned right next to a maintenance area, which meant constant noise from pipes and equipment throughout the day and night. I barely slept the entire time. When I complained to staff multiple times, they weren't particularly receptive or helpful. They gave us 700 pounds in future credits and said we could use them with Royal Caribbean. Turns out that was completely false. When I tried to book with those vouchers, Royal Caribbean told me they weren't valid. So I had a miserable cruise and then got lied to by the crew. Won't be sailing with them again.
Had an outstanding five star experience with Celebrity. The ship was gorgeous, the food was phenomenal, and everything ran smoothly with exceptional service from beginning to end. Felt totally at ease and taken care of during the whole getaway. Would definitely book with them again and tell anyone looking for quality cruising to go with them.
Just finished a cruise on the Millennium and I'm disappointed across the board. The mobile app for fast boarding was useless and wasted our time. They took our passports right away. The cabin wasn't cleaned properly during our voyage out of Singapore. The actual ship itself is lovely and the crew is nice, but I've emailed them about my concerns and got nothing back. This is the most let down I've felt by any cruise company after experiencing many. Something needs to change.
First and last cruise with them. We never made it to Key West or the Bahamas, and the ship's entertainment, food, and drink selection didn't make up for the letdown. This was supposed to be my daughter's fortieth birthday trip. I told them about it before we left, but they completely dropped the ball and remembered it a day late. I requested double beds and a balcony but got a single bed and a balcony facing the big orange lifeboats. The special dining experiences were terrible. At the sushi restaurant they served us a roll with rice that was hard and stale, and my daughter couldn't finish it. At the Italian steakhouse we ordered calamari that was tough and chewy like rubber, plus a crab cake that tasted old and smelled weird so we didn't eat it. My daughter got carbonara that wasn't good no matter how she tried to fix it. Even the buffet pasta was bad. They kept noodles warming in hot water and when you ordered they just dunked them in it and handed them to you soaking wet. We gave up and got fruit instead. The cafe situation wasn't better either.
One of the best cruise lines I've used. The ship is beautiful, the staff treats you right, and the food is great. The only downside was the limited beer selection and crazy high prices. Would definitely go with them again though.
This has to be one of the top cruise lines out there. The ship is stunning, the crew is fantastic, and the food is delicious. The only real complaint I have is that the beer options are limited and way overpriced. But overall I had a great time and would absolutely come back.
Sailed on the Solstice to Thailand and Vietnam from December into January and while the staff was fantastic and the entertainment and food were solid overall, I have major concerns about how Celebrity nickel and dimes you. Eighteen dollars per person per day in gratuities, which you can get waived at the desk. Excursions are wildly overpriced and they don't give you info on how to explore on your own. The onboard shops are insane, charging eighteen bucks for basic pain relief. Spa treatments and drinks cost a fortune unless you buy the drink package. Internet is pricey and bingo books go for fifty dollars with less than fifty percent going to actual winners. Here's the thing, Thailand and Vietnam aren't ideal for cruise visits. The major attractions like Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, and famous bridges are four to five hours away from where the ship stops. We docked at industrial cargo areas with nothing nearby. Celebrity was our favorite cruise line and they're still decent, but they're getting aggressive with all these hidden costs. We're going to try a different cruise line next.
This cruise felt like it was designed as a final tour. Every passenger seemed to be over 70, and honestly many of them were unpleasant and didn't respect common courtesy. Lots of older American tourists who seemed out of touch, badly dressed, and self-centered. The whole vibe was stale for someone under 60 like me. Plus my neighbor's phone vibrations woke me up every single morning.
Just got off a Celebrity cruise that departed from Athens and I have to say I'm frustrated. The cabin was filthy with dirty stains on the bedsheets. The AC in the room was broken, flipping between completely off and full blast. At the bar, they charged fourteen dollars for a small beer and then added a two dollar service charge on top. That's highway robbery for a bottle that size. Then they hit you with gratuities of seventy dollars per cabin, and at every port they charge you to get into town. Meals in the main dining room repeat constantly with just one item switching out each night. Unless you enjoy throwing money away, skip this company.
Don't put your credit card info in their hands. I left the Apex on September 27th, 2025 and my onboard account was fine when I checked it before leaving. But hours after getting home, I got an email saying they charged me thirty eight dollars extra for minibar use. I immediately replied saying I never used the minibar and someone must have made a mistake or there's fraud happening. Three weeks went by without any response, and they already charged my card. I won't be sailing with this group again because I simply cannot trust them with my money.
We boarded in Boston for a cruise through New England up to Quebec and were immediately let down by how worn out the ship looked. Our balcony cabin was in rough shape. The beds appeared like someone had already slept in them. The curtains were falling off their rods and had rips in them. The carpet was stained and had crumbs all over it. I complained right away and the head of housekeeping came up. He had no explanation for the condition. He said he'd fix it while we were at dinner. They did a deep clean, hung new curtains, and improved things. However, we kept getting pestered to buy premium drink packages and specialty dining. We'd already upgraded our drinks, so at our first dinner when I ordered wine, I was told it wasn't available that day. Really frustrated on day one, I asked for a manager. Within ten minutes they located the wine I wanted. They assured me there would be no more issues. The next evening at dinner I mentioned to the maître d that the food lacked flavor. He actually brought the chef out to chat with me.
This was my first cruise ever and our first time visiting Canada and Alaska. My husband and I had the time of our lives. The ship ran like clockwork and everyone was helpful and kind. There was tons of entertainment available throughout the day, plus quiet spots like the observation deck that I absolutely loved. You could eat anywhere, tons of bar options, lots of shopping. Meeting the Captain and his crew was a wonderful touch. The shore excursions were incredibly well organized and we got to do amazing things like gold panning and canoeing. Celebrity really knocked it out of the park. Thanks for some unforgettable memories.
I don't get why people bash this cruise line so much. Most complaints I see are about cancelled trips. We did our first Celebrity cruise to Scandinavia last year and it was fantastic. The cuisine was incredible, the service was top notch, and we're already looking forward to booking another one. Would definitely tell friends and family to go with them.
My husband and I finished a ten day Caribbean cruise on the Silhouette and it was beautiful with excellent service in every bar and restaurant. I do have two complaints though. We usually love the Aquaclass cabins because of the specialty restaurant, but Celebrity recently stopped including premium drinks and upgraded internet with those rooms. That's disappointing. We also adore Tortola because you can get to nearby islands, but there are barely any itineraries that stop there anymore. Too many cruises go to San Juan and the Dominican Republic, which feel like wastes of time. These two issues aside, Celebrity remains hands down our favorite cruise line.
