I bought the Waterdrop 800GPD and had two problems during installation. The faucet drain pipe cracked when I was putting it in, and the faucet itself wouldn't secure properly. Plus, the UV filter had a leak. I reported both issues to their support team and had replacement parts sent to me within three days. Their support has been excellent from the beginning. Thanks to Doreen especially for all her help. This level of service makes me totally willing to work with them in the future.

I purchased the Waterdrop 800GPD model. During setup, I ran into a couple of problems. When I was installing the faucet, the drain line cracked and I couldn't get the faucet to sit properly.
