Don't buy bundles on their site before you go, because you'll definitely pay less if you wait and buy once you arrive.

Visited on a Saturday morning in February and came away feeling let down. We paid extra for fast track entry at 10:15 AM, but the place was practically empty so the upgrade seemed pointless. Nobody bothered to let us know that timing wouldn't have been an issue that day. When we bought tickets online, it seemed like the 4D Marvel experience was mandatory and would cost us more, but turns out everyone could just walk in without anyone checking anything. Clearly they're pushing these add-ons just to squeeze more money out of you. The 4D Marvel attraction itself is pretty weak, with a forgettable story, dull 3D effects, and annoying mechanisms that keep kicking the back of the seats. We both filled out feedback forms and got canned responses that looked like they came straight from a bot. Overall, the place feels stuck in the past and way overpriced. It could really use a complete makeover with some modern upgrades.

After standing in a lengthy queue I started getting dizzy and worn out, plus I had my elderly aunt alongside me. The person at the ticket gate quickly called over the first aid team, who really took care of us and made sure we felt better with some supplies and complimentary items. I genuinely wasn't expecting this level of individual attention given how packed it was with visitors during the busy holiday break. Absolutely no complaints, just lots of appreciation and genuine kindness from Ross and the rest of the team. Will definitely be returning with my spouse very soon!
