The items themselves are really nice, but getting in touch with them is difficult. Email seems to be the only way, and their replies feel very automated. The whole process was pretty annoying.
The fabric quality and coloring are excellent but there's an issue with how they size things. We got a queen set and the look and texture are wonderful but the top sheet is way too big! I reached out to ask if maybe we got a king by mistake and they said no, that's just their style. They do a universal size for all top sheets which seems lazy and disrespectful given the price tag. Having all that extra cloth bunching on both ends of the bed is annoying. I'm actually going to need to have it tailored, which is really disappointing for a nearly 400 dollar purchase. For that reason, I can't really suggest it unless you have a king or are willing to do some sewing after it arrives.
These linen sheets are the nicest ones I've ever had, really nice thickness and they feel amazing. The navy color is super deep and rich. I also want to give a shout out to their team. I accidentally ordered a euro sham thinking it was an extra pillow set. When I mentioned it in a feedback form, someone reached out and sent me the right size pillowcases instead, completely free! Now that's what I call service!! Thanks so much for taking care of me
I ordered a queen linen sheet set as a present. At first they were really attractive, but after just a couple months of careful washing, following directions, air drying, no pets, just one person sleeping in them, a large hole ripped open in the fitted sheet. I tried calling Cultiver two separate times thinking they would replace them. They never got back to me. The sheets weren't cheap. I'm really frustrated they didn't even bother to respond.
The stuff they sell and how they treat customers are honestly the best around. No way you'll regret buying from them.

I'm really happy with the pillowcase I bought. It has linen on one side and silk on the flip side. The blush tone is gorgeous and looks wonderful on my pillow. Most importantly though, it's unbelievably smooth and comfy and I rest really well with it! Definitely ordering more items from them in the future!
