Terrible experience overall. This is a company that cares more about profits than customers. I ordered 2 bags of grub granules and neither arrived. After waiting three weeks with no follow up from them, I called to check on my order. Both bags had been damaged during shipping. Customer service said they'd help me file a claim, but within two minutes of me expressing frustration, they backtracked and said I had to file it myself. The carrier denied my claim because the company refused to provide necessary information. I'm out over 150 dollars and apparently the company's convenience matters more than standing behind customers. I spoke to a supervisor who acted like he was doing me a favor just by letting me vent instead of actually helping, and he kept talking about next time I ordered before I cut him off. There won't be a next time. In fairness, they do offer shipping damage insurance and based on all the complaints, they clearly need it because damaged shipments happen constantly. But there are just too many problems with how they operate and treating people like account numbers instead of valued customers isn't acceptable.

The good news is prices are fair. The bad news is everything else. I'd give them zero stars if I could. They sent me the wrong item and I had to physically go ship a FedEx return myself. They promised the correct product would arrive once my return was processed. That turned out to be false. When I asked them to cancel the replacement and just give me my money back, they said they'd already refunded me and never sent a replacement anyway.

The customer service folks showed no sympathy and wouldn't budge on a refund or replacement.
