Their ads say free shipping on orders over $199 but my order was over $200 and I still got charged shipping. The 2 trees I got showed up on Thursday and I planted them Friday. It's been 10 days and they've dropped all their leaves now. Looks like something out of a sad cartoon. Haven't called customer service yet but based on what I'm reading from other people, that probably won't help much anyway.

Ordered on April 19th and it's now May 5th with only part of my order received, but my card got charged the full amount immediately. Called them last week and waited 37 minutes on hold before giving up. Used their chat feature but didn't get a response for several hours, and all they told me was it would ship sometime that week with no details. Checked my account today and it still shows partially fulfilled with no updates or ship dates. I'm on hold again, past 41 minutes now, just trying to get some help. This company needs to seriously work on how they communicate with customers and handle orders. It's not okay to charge people in full for stuff that hasn't even shipped or been scheduled for delivery. At this point I feel like they've just taken my money with nothing to show for it.

Big waste of money. I ordered two trees back in June and when I tried to get into my account three weeks later to check on things, I couldn't login. Called customer service and they said something was wrong with their computer system. Then they said it was too hot to ship them, which made no sense since tons of other companies were shipping fine at the same time. Two weeks go by, still too hot. I emailed and got back some generic response about the heat. Next email got me the exact same response word for word, even though temps were in the 60s and 70s where they operate. At that point I had to dispute the charge with my card. I've read basically the same complaints from other people and wish I'd looked at reviews first before giving them my money.

This was a nightmare. My order never even arrived, and I got zero updates about what was happening. They kept making excuses about why it hadn't shipped yet. When I wanted to cancel, they tried hitting me with a 20% restocking fee even though they never sent the thing in the first place. Unbelievable.

Was about to order 4 hydrangeas and noticed the product page mentioned BOGO. When I went to check out though, there was zero mention of the deal. I called to ask about it and the rep said it probably expired and wouldn't apply it. Tried asking for a supervisor or manager but was told neither were available. Decided to cancel and shop somewhere else that actually honored their promotions. Fair warning.

Ordered 10 trees and couldn't be happier. The packing was exceptional and they got here in almost no time. All the trees came through in perfect shape and were basically the same size, which made planting them much easier. They're all in the ground now and growing strong. They even called before sending to verify my address was correct.

Great experience! I've placed two separate orders for different trees at different times because I couldn't find them locally. Both times they showed up in good condition despite being shipped in a box, and within a couple weeks they looked fantastic in the ground. The customer service team was helpful too. I actually called to place one order because a coupon code wasn't working online, and the representative not only got the discount applied but also walked me through shipping details and what to expect. This is a solid company with quality products and I'll definitely order from them again.

I ordered 2 Xanadu philodendron plants and I have to say I was really impressed. The size of these plants was great and they look incredibly healthy.

Over the years I've bought tons of plants online from Nature Hills because I'm constantly landscaping around my house. I keep going back to them because their quality is just top notch. The plants arrive healthy, strong, and ready to go right in the ground, which is a huge time saver. Great customer service too and my orders always show up super fast. It's honestly hard to find better than this.

Shipping was lightning quick and the packaging was excellent.

My wisteria got here in a decent timeframe and after planting it, I got to enjoy watching it grow all through the first season. It's one healthy tree with plenty of new growth. Really happy with how it turned out.

Got a rose bush and a dwarf crepe myrtle that arrived super fast and super well packaged. Both plants looked fresh and perfect when I opened the box. Put them in the ground the next day and they're thriving beautifully. Definitely ordering again.

Ordered a hosta and was blown away by how carefully they packed it and how quickly it arrived at my door. Planted it and it's doing wonderfully in my garden. I've got another shipment on the way and can't wait. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Got myself 3 Mimosa trees and planted them right when they showed up. They're doing fantastic so far. Really looking forward to seeing those blooms come in.
