The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the delivery guys were nice people. I was torn between getting a love seat or a couch and was trying to figure out what would work in my space. We purchased a sectional, TV, and bedroom set from Aaron's. Within no time, the drawers started falling apart, the top of the couch is separating, the bedding on the sofa is coming out, and the pillows are ripped. We scheduled two separate appointments to have someone look at it. On the second appointment, they said it would be between 3 and 6 PM, but didn't show up until after 4 PM. The manager insists he told us 3 to 6, but the calendar clearly shows the appointment time. They don't care about their customers at all. The furniture is low quality but they're charging $3,000 for it. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Absolutely horrible experience.

I came to file a complaint and arrange for pickup of the appliance. The manager came out from behind his desk, followed me toward the exit, and yelled at me to leave. I've been a customer for years and usually have no trouble paying things off, but this experience has been a complete disaster. I bought a 55 inch TV and a sound bar and nothing went right. There were no manuals included, and I was told customers have to download the instructions online. Same issue with the sound bar. The remote they sent was wrong, and the TV remote has a tiny middle button that's impossible to press without hitting it by mistake. A replacement TV was supposed to arrive before 5 PM. My first payment was charged at $97.17, then suddenly on January 1st it jumped to $2.19. When I called, they said they'd refund the difference, but hours later my bank account was still wrong and another payment was declined because my balance was low. I need this money back in my account immediately before more charges go through. This is unacceptable.
