When I contacted them about the issue, they asked for information, I sent it, and then they ghosted me completely. Total waste of money and the lenses went straight to trash. This nearly caused real problems with my eyes. Their reply below is useless since I emailed them again and they didn't actually fix anything. Don't fall for their fake politeness in responses here.
