Over the next few days I called back multiple times and got a completely different answer each time I spoke with someone. I'm not even going to get into all the details because it'll just make me mad all over again. Bottom line is they just tell you whatever they feel like. This company used to be really reliable. I used to order dozens of books from them regularly, way back since the 1990s. Honestly, it seems like they've really gone downhill.
