I placed my order on the fifteenth and was told to expect delivery in three to ten days. Four days go by and I get a notice it shipped but now the arrival window was pushed back another four days. I sent them an email about the delay and had to wait several days just to hear back. When I finally did, I let them know this was supposed to be a gift for someone relocating very soon. Their response wasn't helpful at all, basically just saying they hoped it would arrive in time. It still hasn't shown up and the person already moved. Now I can't cancel, and since it's going through DHL and USPS, I'm stuck. Their response time was disappointing and this whole experience has been a letdown. Really not satisfied, would not suggest this to others.
