I wanted to explore for a couple hours so I bought a Day Pass for $19, which seemed reasonable. Except it's not really a day pass. You're supposed to return the bike every 30 minutes and grab another one even though there's no good reason for this. If you don't, they tack on $4 plus tax for every 15 minutes after. Want to take a long leisurely ride? Too bad. You're forced to stop and start over and over. I ended up paying about $37 for 90 minutes when I thought a $19 day pass would give me freedom to ride. Felt totally ripped off.

Summer Streets events are fantastic for experiencing the city by bike. But stay away from this company. We're a family of five and got day passes, then returned our bikes at a different station after 28 minutes. We struggled to find bikes that actually worked and couldn't unlock ones that seemed fine using our code. On top of that, they billed us extra for not returning bikes that were clearly locked up. And the support team was useless - nobody could give straight answers or actually fix anything. The whole operation seems built around taking advantage of tourists. Don't waste your money.

They straight up stole from me. Charged $136 for 15 minutes of biking even though I had a day pass. When I tried using it again, the code wouldn't work so I didn't swipe my card to avoid more charges. Customer service didn't care and said there was nothing they could do. This company is a rip-off and their behavior looks illegal to me. Something shady is going on and their methods should be looked into. I've had a yearly membership for a while since I use the bikes to get around this city. I rode one for ten minutes on the evening of 09/16 and docked it at a station. I didn't get the usual text confirming it was docked. When I checked the app, it showed a completely different bike number than what I actually used. I talked to their support team and explained that their system seemed to have logged the wrong bike, but they wouldn't listen. Twelve hours later the app still shows this phantom bike checked out to me, even though I never touched it.

Same problem as lots of other people - unexpected credit card charges and a company that won't refund you even when it's their mistake. The app gave me incorrect info so I couldn't start or finish the ride, but customer service promised to send someone and issue a refund. That never happened. Ended up getting hit with almost $100 even though I never used a bike. When I followed up, customer service basically said sorry but we're keeping your money anyway, even though we said we'd refund it. How is it this hard to get your money back? Even when they admit they messed up, they won't budge. It's insane.

Big mistake renting from them. We grabbed day passes and picked up from one spot, but returning to the same location wasn't possible. Had to trek to another station which took an extra 10 minutes. Then I got charged for a ride that was supposedly 2 hours longer than my friend's, even though I'm certain I locked the bike properly when I left. They won't budge on it. It feels like they're designed to make money off these exact situations rather than help their customers. Customer service back home is totally different - there, the benefit of the doubt goes to the customer.
