Dun & Bradstreet Savings Hacks
Offers from Dun & Bradstreet rotate in from affiliate programs on a regular basis. Bookmark this page and return often to catch new codes as they become available.
If Dun & Bradstreet offers annual subscription options, committing to longer terms often provides better per-month savings than monthly renewals, and may be combinable with promo codes.
Review what features and data access each subscription tier includes before checkout. A discounted lower-tier plan may cost less overall than a higher tier, even with a code applied.
If you have a business account or are purchasing for a company, you may qualify for different promotional offers than individual accounts; verify your account type when shopping.

Dun & Bradstreet Reviews
Dun & Bradstreet receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with 17 reviewers rating the service 1.4 out of 5. The most common complaints involve severe website usability issues (including login failures and account access problems), inaccurate company information in their database, unresponsive customer service, and difficulties removing or correcting data. Reviewers report frustration with incorrect DUNS number assignments and data being sold to third parties with wrong details. A small minority of reviewers praise the service as a reliable tool for business credit information and company research when it functions properly.
The service appears problematic for users who encounter technical or data accuracy issues, with several reviewers describing their experience as a scam or expressing strong dissatisfaction. However, some users indicate the platform provides value for business partner evaluation when access and data quality are not obstacles. The extremely high proportion of one-star ratings suggests most negative experiences significantly outweigh positive ones, and potential users should be aware of recurring problems with site functionality and data management.
We've relied on Dun & Bradstreet for quite some time now and it's proven to be a dependable tool for getting business credit information and company details. The platform has really helped us make smarter choices, especially when we're looking at potential business partners. It's reliable and handles everything in a professional manner.
This is definitely a scam and needs to be looked into by authorities. Their products are completely useless and there's zero customer service. I wish I'd read the other reviews before spending money here. Every business should boycott this company.
You're stuck using D&B if you want an app on Google or Apple, which is frustrating but unavoidable. Otherwise I'd tell everyone to avoid them completely. I originally registered through a legal service and had a registered agent, but when that company was no longer available, I switched the registered agent to the founder and CEO with approval from the state. Unfortunately their system never updated this information internally. Even when I submit the right documents like incorporation papers and tax forms, they reject everything. Once you're registered their info becomes locked and won't change. What happens if your registered agent company goes under?
The website is absolutely horrible and basically unusable. I can't even login even though I just created an account. I've changed my password so many times trying to get the site to recognize me, but nothing works. I can't accomplish the most basic task of logging in, much less getting a DUN number.
The FDA required me to get a DUNS number, so I went through Dun and Bradstreet. They created a fake company name on their own that I never submitted and assigned a DUNS to that incorrect name, even though all my documentation showed the right company name. Now the FDA won't accept the number for my actual business. This is ridiculous. On top of everything, they forced me to upload biometric data to verify who I am. The whole thing feels like a massive scam.
Dun & Bradstreet sells its data to third party companies, and I discovered our law firm listed on one of those sites with completely wrong information. Getting D&B to remove the data is a nightmare - it's confusing and takes forever. This company used to have a good reputation but they've really gone downhill.
Terrible service. They don't respond to calls or emails. Some of their phone numbers don't even work.
Complete scam. They trick you into signing up for an auto-renewing account and then won't let you cancel it.
Their website is frustratingly difficult to use. I changed my phone number but the D&B system still shows my old contact information.
Absolutely disastrous. I signed up thinking I needed the DUNS number for Apple, and while the initial approval was quick, that's honestly the only good thing about this whole experience. After registering, I got flooded with emails from the company. I was so fed up that I requested they close my account and erase my information. Getting them to do this simple thing has been a nightmare. This feels like pure harassment and I regret ever dealing with them. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company.
Credit Insights Plus is a complete scam. You pay fifteen hundred dollars just to submit invoices, but then they reject everything you try to submit with zero explanation for why. I get invoices from tons of companies and not a single one gets accepted. Why won't they tell you anything? I've only had four transactions totaling two hundred fifty dollars, even though I've spent over seven hundred thousand dollars with vendors in recent years. I linked my business credit cards and uploaded statements but nothing improves. These people need to be reported. The whole thing is infuriating and I get no help from customer service whatsoever.
The website is absolutely terrible. I can log in but updating my company profile is impossible. The DUNS lookup feature confuses me with options for my company versus other companies, then nothing works. When I try to update my profile, there's an identity verification screen that won't accept my address information - the street field just turns red with no error message. I called their phone number and the representative hung up when he figured out I wasn't making a purchase. Eventually I reached someone who actually helped, but instead of verifying me right then, he created a ticket and said someone would call back in over 10 days. Why make customers wait that long for a verification that could happen immediately?
Terrible company. Had them run a credit report on my business and I lost a major contract because of it. They said my company would fail within a year - do they have a crystal ball or something? When I asked how they got that information, they said credit checks and public records. But my revenue has grown for three straight years, my credit is solid, and their own report shows that. Still they trashed my company reputation and refuse to fix it, just saying their team of analysts looked at it and won't change anything. I've been trying for two months to get this resolved and all I hear is we're looking into it or we'll call you back. Now I'm pursuing legal action for lost income.
Horrible company to work with. I have a Duns account with a secure password, but they've demanded I take photos of my driver's license and a selfie and send them over. That's not even the worst part - they then want me to log into my bank account through their site and give them my actual login credentials, which they pass to a third party for verification. It's completely unacceptable and their customer service is equally bad. Stay away from this company.
